Delivery charges are automatically calculated for all UK deliveries*. The charges you see with your shopping basket will be included on your invoice.

Surcharges may apply

**Additional surcharges may apply for delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, offshore Islands (including Isle of Wight) and overseas - for these areas please call for an estimate. If you have already placed an order for delivery to any of these areas we may need to contact you to discuss additional delivery surchages.

We reserve the right to change our delivery charges at any time and without any notice.

You will only ever pay one delivery charge per order, even if for some reason your order has to be split into multiple deliveries.

Special Order items and non-stocked goods are shown with approximate delivery lead times. These times may extend during March and from July to September, so make sure you order your items in time.

Please note that all deliveries are to the ground floor only.

Returns Policy

All stocked goods are covered by our no-quibble guarantee. Simply obtain authorisation from Customer Services and return within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging for a prompt replacement exchange or refund.

Please note: Special Order and non-stocked items may only be returned if damaged or faulty. Please view our Terms and Conditions for details.

To ensure your replacement or refund is processed without delay please email us at enquiries@gresswell.co.uk to obtain authorisation before returning items. Products must be returned in pristine condition with the complete and original packaging. A collection charge of £7.75 will be applied for goods deemed unsuitable or ordered in error.
