Delivery

Delivery charges are automatically calculated for all UK mainland deliveries*. The charges you see with your shopping basket will be included on your invoice.
Our standard delivery service to the UK mainland is FREE on all orders over £250 (excluding VAT).

Under £50 nominal charge of £4.95 (excl. VAT)

£50 to £249 delivery charge is £6.95 (excl. VAT)

You will only ever pay one delivery charge per order, even if for some reason your order has to be split into multiple deliveries.

We aspire to dispatch all in-stock orders that have been received before 4.00pm so that you will receive the goods within 48 hours. This is a standard service and will not cost extra.

Special Order items and non-stocked goods are shown with approximate delivery lead times. These times may extend during March and from July to September, so make sure you order your items in time.

Please note that all deliveries are to the ground floor only.

*Deliveries to  Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, offshore islands (including Isle of Wight) and all other non-mainland UK destinations will be charged separately. Please contact our Customer Services on +44 (0) 1992 454511 for quotes and more details.

Returns Policy

All stocked goods are covered by our no-quibble guarantee. Simply obtain authorisation from Customer Services and return within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging for a prompt replacement exchange or refund.

Please note: Special Order and non-stocked items may only be returned if damaged or faulty. Please view our Terms and Conditions for details.

To ensure your replacement or refund is processed without delay please email us at enquiries@gresswell.co.uk to obtain authorisation before returning items. Products must be returned in pristine condition with the complete and original packaging. A collection charge of £7.75 will be applied for goods deemed unsuitable or ordered in error.
